Prenatal Yoga!


Today, I start prenatal Yoga!. I'm looking forward to a good stretch!.

My back has started to bother me...despite of all the stretching I do at home already. I know what you're thinking...quit the whining woman, you're only 17 weeks pregnant!. Well, yeah, that's true...but the belly measured 20 weeks at week 15, so It's probably a good 22-24-week belly right now!

I decided to relax in terms of exercise and focus my body, heart and mind on baking these babes. So far, since the beginning I've been tired and short of breath and my feet get tired/swollen easily. That means my workouts consist of mainly walks. I love my walks because I'm either walking along side the hubster and doggie, or it's just me and Chepe and I'm listening to my favorite pregnancy podcast.

I'm excited to mix it up and add something new to my new (boring) routine!

Que chevere que comenzaste con la Yoga. Esos ejercicios te van a hacer muy bien porque tambien te relajan. Asi que sigue cuidando a los pequeños aguacates, que creo esta semana cambian de tamaño.

Primero te cuento que el logo esta muy lindo, quien quiera lo haya hecho, luego no sabia que esta aumentando tu panza tan rapidamente, es normal esto en los gemelos? o es cuestion de alimentacion? me imagino que lo consultas con los medicos que te controlan para que lo lleves lo mejor posible, creo que la hinchazon de los pies es normal aunque no se a que etapa de la gestacion empieza, pero si tienes chance de caminar siempre es muy bueno activar la circulacion y movilizar la energia, ahora con el yoga te va ayudar muchisimo a tener mas tranquilidad y flexibilidad para que te sientas mejor y tranquila que esto pasa solo dura nueve meses... anicha...que es la ley universal nada es permanente, todo pasa. erpapin

That sounds awesome. Never been prego but I can imagine I would want to stretch and relax as well. It is probably good for your blood flow, etc. so enjoy!

hermanola!!! que tal te fue en la yoga? por fin donde conseguistes en la clinica? how much? cuantas veces a la semana lo vas a hacer?

Hi! We do seem to be on the same track, so I'm glad you found me one way or the other! I don't have many friends who are pregnant, and definitely none with twins, so it'll be neat to follow you and see how similar things are :) Congrats on your two boys!
