Now that I have kids (that still sounds crazy to me...not "kid", "kids"!!...sorry, back to my point!). Ok, now that I have kids it has become increasingly important to me to be good to our planet. Not only do I want them to learn how to do their part, but I want them to be able to enjoy and see how beautiful this Planet is.
I want them to go to Glacier National Park and still be able to hike up to an actual glacier. I want them to enjoy delicious fruits and vegetables. I want them to think twice before they throw something in the garbage that could be recycled...and I want them to not be unnecessarily wasteful!.
I know, that's a lot to ask....so for now I'll just keep doing my part in my own quest to become more "GREEN". And no, I'm a not a tree hugger, granola munchin', green monster extremist momma...but I do my best :)
To celebrate Earth day, here is a picture of the hubs and me in Glacier National Park. Our first real vacation and the first time I got to see a Glacier
