It is so amazing to see how the bond between Alex and Lucas gets stronger everyday. They laugh with each other, fight for toys, look for each other....and they comfort each other.
Today I decided to bring them both in bed with me for their last nap of the day (they still take 3 naps...all of them under 1 hour though!).
I can't really sleep very well when they are in my bed, but I love watching them...I did manage to catch a little cat nap though!.
Alex was laying next to me and Lucas was right next to Alex. At one point during the nap, they held hands for like 15 minutes. At another point, Lucas woke up, looked to one side, then turned the other way and saw his brother sleeping. He looked at him for a few seconds, took a quick glance at me and then went back to sleep.
It seriously MELTS my heart.
They came into this world with a companion for life....and that's just so amazing.

Aww! I love this post! I was lucky enough to have identical twins, too and even luckier to be one myself! When I found out I was having identical twins, I was beside myself... I knew that my girls already had a best friend for life :)
