Our "conversations" are usually in email and usually two or three lines, followed by one liners of "hahahaha's". When we do see each other in person though, I think we drive the three babies in the bellies a little nuts with all the talking.
When I found out we were pregnant, I decided to start a journal (this is before we knew it was twins!). I write to my babies about how we found out, how I feel, things we do, things their daddy says, how my pregnancy brain gets my in trouble, etc. The plan is to keep on writing well after they are born and eventually give it to them.

I told Nani about this and she liked the idea and quickly implemented it (great engineer minds think alike).
Well...do you think our preggo brains actually think alike?
This is my journal...as I mentioned, I bought it before knowing I was baking two babies...

...and this is Nani's journal, which she just posted on her blog...and yes, she's baking one baby.
